THE RAZER BLEND
The coffee blend you find at RazerCafe comes from 2 types of coffee—The Brazil and The Mexico.
The Brazil is made up of the Mundo Novo varietal from Campo Alegre. This coffee contributes a deep, rich chocolate flavour and body to the blend.
The Mexico was harvested using traditional farming methods – shade grown, craft de-pulped, fermented, washed, and sun-dried. This coffee adds the sweetness of brown sugar and caramel flavors.
