  • What’s the difference between Razer™ HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth connectivity?

    • Razer™ HyperSpeed uses our low latency, 2.4GHz wireless technology found in Razer gaming headsets. It provides a nearly lag-free, <40ms gaming-grade wireless audio performance.
    • Bluetooth is recommended for more casual gaming sessions when latency is not too much of a concern or when taking calls, listening to music, and watching videos on‑the‑go.

  • Can the Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed be connected to multiple devices at one time?

    Yes, you can connect via the Razer™ HyperSpeed Wirless Dongle while being connected to another device via Bluetooth.

  • Does changing to USB-C mode affect the Razer Audio app and device connection?

    Yes. Using the dongle connection will break off Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) causing pairing issues with your Razer Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed and the Razer Audio App.

  • How do I activate and customize the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

    • Tap and hold for two seconds on either earbud. Wait for the tone indicating the ANC mode has been cycled. This will cycle through the following three modes:
      • ANC on
      • ANC off
      • Ambient on
    • Toggle Active Noise Cancellation on/off when you pair the Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed with the Razer Audio App.
    • Customize ANC to your preference using the in-app ANC level slider on the Razer Audio App.

  • How do I charge my Razer Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed wirelessly?

    The wireless charging coil is located at the back of the Razer Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed's case. Place the charging case flat on a wireless charging pad. Ensure the LED indicator is facing upward.

  • What is the Do Not Disturb Mode on Dual-Wireless Connectivity for?

    Toggling on the Do Not Disturb Mode allows you to silence incoming smartphone notifications while you are gaming with the Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed via the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle while also keeping the earbuds connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth.
