What is the recommended bandwidth of Razer PC Remote Play? Bandwidth requirements depend on desired resolution & framerate, as well as the specs on your PC and mobile device. For ideal play, over 30 Mbps is recommended, and 15 Mbps is recommended as a minimum bandwidth requirement. -
What are the minimum OS requirements? Hosting requires running at least Windows 11 (Version 23H2). On your mobile device, use iOS 18 or Android 12 or above. -
Do your mobile device and PC need to be on the same network? Your PC and mobile device must be on the same network for initial pairing, but afterwards it should be playable on cellular or other WiFi networks depending on your home network configuration (UPNP must be supported and enabled). -
What are the required steps for setup and pairing? Razer Cortex needs to be installed on your PC, and Razer PC Remote Play and Razer Nexus need to be installed on your mobile device. By signing in with your Razer ID on Cortex and Nexus, your PC and mobile device will automatically be paired. Without a Razer ID, you can still use pin pairing to pair your PC and mobile device. -
