    The Razer Kraken V4 is now wireless with 3 connectivity options: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and USB wired. It features an all-new swivel design and a flushed Retractable Razer™ HyperClear Super Wideband Mic. With the ability to individually customize each lighting zone, it is Razer’s first 9-zone RGB gaming headset.

  • What audio EQ profile should I be using?

    For the best audio experience, Razer recommends using the ‘Game’ EQ for competitive shooter games, ‘Movie’ EQ for MOBAs, RPGs or watching movies, and ‘Music’ EQ for all forms of music content. A fourth ‘Custom’ EQ is also available. All audio EQ profiles can be personalized via the Razer Synapse app to strike that perfect audio balance.

  • Can I pick up incoming Bluetooth calls from my mobile device with the Razer Kraken V4?

    Yes, this is one of the features supported by Razer™ SmartSwitch Dual Wireless. After your mobile device has been paired with the Razer Kraken V4, you will be able to pick up Bluetooth calls even while your headset is connected in 2.4 GHz mode.

  • How do I activate THX Spatial Audio?

    THX Spatial Audio comes automatically with the Razer Kraken V4 and is integrated within Razer Synapse. Download Razer Synapse here.

  • Can I use the Razer Kraken V4 whilst charging?

    Yes, the headset still maintains full function while connected to a system or power source via the included USB Type C to A cable, which acts as both a charging and audio cable.

  • How long does it take to charge the Razer Kraken V4?

    A full charge of 70 hours of play time will take around 4 hours, while 15 minutes of charge will yield approximately 6 hours of play time.
