What is the technology behind Project AVA? Project AVA is developed by Razer’s AI gaming team and uses vision analysis along with several other data inputs (such as public APIs) to come up with personalized, real-time recommendations – like a real game coach. -
Who is Project AVA intended for? Project AVA was developed by Razer’s AI gaming team as a tool for game developers and gamers. It is envisaged that Project AVA can be used by game developers in their games as an onboarding tool, tutorial guide and much more. Project AVA can also be used by gamers as a copilot in all games to assist as a coach, walkthrough buddy and optimization tool. -
What hardware is AVA running on? Why is it so fast? Is it running locally or in the cloud? Project AVA runs on proprietary Razer local AI hardware that is not publicly announced or available at this time. More information on this to be provided later in 2025. -
Can Project AVA work with all games? Project AVA is trained separately in different game titles and genres and is constantly learning how to meet varying player needs by playing more games. Project AVA constantly learns from user gameplay and other sources to refine its AI cognition engine. -
What's the difference between Project AVA and other Esports coaches out there in the market? Project AVA uniquely uses vision analysis to view gameplay (like a human player) and with Razer’s AI cognition, interpretation and analysis, makes its recommendations and coaching feedback, which is unlike other esports coaches that primarily uses publicly available APIs to make recommendations.
