As a reflection of the Signature Edition’s top-grade materials, it comes with our first-ever 3-years warranty—an industry-leading standard for all mice.
Both the mouse and dongle are paired together by default, so no additional setup is required. As this dongle is programmed specifically for the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition, it cannot be unpaired and paired with another Razer mouse.
First, peel off the existing PTFE mouse feet and make sure to remove any adhesive residue. Then, align and gently stick the Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 Mouse Feet onto their respective locations on the mouse.
Once a month, we recommend unplugging the device from the computer and cleaning it using the micro-fiber cleaning cloth or a cotton swab included with the mouse. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents. Use a compressed air duster or canister to completely blow out and remove any dust or debris from hard-to-reach areas inside the mouse.
To test your mouse polling rate, download the test software. Please ensure to plug the dongle directly to an available USB port on your PC (not USB hubs), close background programs and move your mouse in a circular motion when starting to test it within the application.
