1. 1. ELIGIBILITY
   
   The Rewards for the Razer Faithful Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Razer USA Ltd. (“Razer”) and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rewards for the Razer Faithful Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. 3. TIMING
   
   The Sweepstakes begins on April 16th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and the period for entering the Contest ends on June 30th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. PDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
   
   
4. 4. HOW TO ENTER
   
   To enter into the Sweepstakes, each entrant is required to complete all of the following actions:
   
   
   1. Purchase a qualifying Razer Blade laptop from either Razer.com, Amazon.com or Best Buy in-store or online (US only).
   2. Visit either Amazon.com or BestBuy.com and leave a review in the review section of the relevant product page.
   3. Copy your review URL, fill out all required fields, and upload all necessary attachments (please ensure your review URL, screenshot, and receipt are valid for your entry to be considered).
      
      
5. 5. ALTERNATIVE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY
   
   To obtain an entry without making a purchase, you may alternatively choose to enter the Sweepstakes via the following method:
   1. Provide the following information on a plain postcard;
      • Your name;
      • Your e-mail address;
      • Your telephone number;
      • The name of the Sweepstakes you are entering; and
      • A statement that you wish to enter the Sweepstakes and have read and agreed to the Official Rules.

      Postcards must be received by Razer within the duration of the Sweepstakes as set out in these Official Rules.
      
      
6. 6. ENTRIES
   
   No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Razer is not responsible for (i) late, lost, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, improperly submitted, undeliverable or otherwise irregular Sweepstakes entries; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.
   
   Any Sweepstakes entries (including any content therein) that are submitted, transmitted or otherwise made available to Razer (via its website or otherwise) shall remain the sole and full responsibility of entrant. Accordingly, entrant represents and warrants to Razer that any entry submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes:
   
   
   1. is true, accurate and not misleading, fraudulent or deceptive;
   2. does not and will not violate any applicable state, federal or local laws (including regulations pertaining to sedition, obscenity or abuse);
   3. does not and will not violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, patent, trade secret and/or any other intellectual property rights and any rights of publicity or rights of privacy;
   4. is not obscene, offensive, defamatory, and does not contain vulgar or profane language, as determined by Razer; and
   5. will not subject Razer to any form of liability or prejudice whatsoever.
      
      
7. Submission of an entry constitutes each entrant’s certification that the entry is entrant’s own entry. By submitting any entry, entrant hereby grants Razer and its successors and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) and transferable license to use, copy, transmit or otherwise distribute, perform, modify, create derivative works based upon, incorporate into other works, publicly perform and display the entry or any portion thereof, in or through any medium, whether now known or hereafter created in any manner without further compensation during or after the Sweepstakes Period. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and Razer.
   
   In the event of any dispute, an online Sweepstakes entry is deemed submitted by the registered internet or e-mail account holder associated with such entry. In all other cases, the Sweepstakes entry is deemed submitted by the name indicated thereon. Satisfactory proof of association shall be furnished to Razer without fail.
   
   Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning any prize, entrant consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to entrant (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Razer’s newsletters and Razer’s web domain at Razer.com, without additional compensation. See the section on “Personal Information”. All entries become property of Razer and none will be acknowledged or returned.
   
   
8. 7. WINNER SELECTION
   
   Random selections of all eligible Entries will be conducted by Razer to designate the “Prize Winners” (individually, a “Prize Winner”). The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Razer for a prize of equal or greater value. Razer will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. If a prize is mailed, the winner assumes the risk of the prize’s safe arrival. Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.
   
   
9. 8. PRIZES
   
   Winner will receive a $20 Razer.com voucher and will be entered into a raffle for an opportunity to win a Razer product. One (1) Prize for one (1) winner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
   
   
10. 9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    
    Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one hundred (100) potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than the stated number of potential winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. The potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. Each potential winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and a condition of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
    
    
11. 10. TAXES
    
    Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes.
    
    
12. 11. RELEASE
    
    By entering, entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Razer and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
    
    
13. 12. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    
    Razer may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and Razer’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Razer’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Razer’s Privacy Policy.
    
    
14. 13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
    
    The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that the Sweepstakes Period has not ended. If the Sweepstakes is canceled, suspended or modified, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
    
    
15. 14. GENERAL
    
    ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY TO CIRCUMVENT, TAMPER, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PROCESS, RAZER WEBSITE OR TELEPHONE SYSTEMS, DEFRAUD OR GAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE, ENGAGE IN UNSPORTSMANLIKE, DISRUPTIVE, ANNOYING, HARASSING OR THREATENING CONDUCT, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES AND MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. RAZER RESERVES ALL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES), TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
    
    
16. 15. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    
    All terms and conditions are incorporated into the rules of this Sweepstakes.
    
    
17. 16. DISPUTES
    
    Wherever enforceable, the parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Wherever enforceable, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California.
    
    WHEREVER ENFORCEABLE, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
    
    For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Orange in the State of California.
