What does this acquisition mean for creators? Razer is acquiring the assets of StreamElements to strengthen support for creators, streamers, and the wider gaming community. The goal is to preserve the tools creators rely on daily, improve long-term platform stability, and connect creators to a broader ecosystem of hardware, software, rewards, affiliate opportunities, and sponsorship programs. - 2.
Will StreamElements shut down? No. StreamElements will continue to operate as a standalone platform under a Razer subsidiary. The brand, the team, the product, and the mission are staying the same. StreamElements is StreamElements. - 3.
Will Razer absorb StreamElements into its own software? No. StreamElements will continue to operate independently under Razer.

Will my overlays, alerts, chatbot, tipping, and streaming tools keep working? Yes. All core creator tools including overlays, on-stream alerts, chatbot, tipping pages, SE.Merch, SE.Live, and sponsorships will continue without interruption. - 5.
Does SE still work with OBS, Streamlabs, and other streaming software? Yes. All integrations with OBS, Streamlabs OBS, XSplit, and other third-party streaming tools continue to work exactly as before. - 6.
Will SE still work on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok? Yes. All platform integrations remain active. StreamElements continues to support creators across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and X.

Do I need to accept new Privacy Policy? Yes. As part of the acquisition, StreamElements' Privacy Policy has been updated to reflect the new ownership structure with effect from August 1, 2026. Please accept them to ensure continued access to SE LiveTools without interruption. - 8.
Do I need to migrate my account to a new platform? No migration is required at this time. Your existing StreamElements account, settings, overlays, and history remain exactly as they are. - 9.
Will my login details change? No. Your existing StreamElements login details including email address, password, and connected social logins all remain unchanged. - 10.
Will my creator data be safe? Yes. Creator data privacy and security remain a priority. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and StreamElements' Privacy Policy. We will communicate clearly if any changes to data handling are required. - 11.
Who do I contact for support? The same team as always. Reach StreamElements Support at [email protected]. The support team is still there and available to help.

What happens to my SEPay balance? Your existing SEPay balance can be withdrawn until 31 December 2026. To continue earning tips connect a PayPal account to your StreamElements profile. - 13.
Will creator sponsorships and campaigns continue? Yes, Sponsorships will continue. New sponsorships opportunities will be added to the platform soon, so keep a lookout and stay tuned. - 14.
Will Razer only work with creators who use Razer products? No. StreamElements is open to all creators, regardless of hardware. Razer-specific opportunities (hardware discounts, Chroma integrations, bounty campaigns) will be available as optional enhancements, not requirements.

Will there be new features? Yes, more features, expanded sponsorship opportunities, and deeper integrations with Razer's ecosystem are on the way. We'll share more details as they're ready. - 16.
Will stream alerts integrate with Razer Chroma RGB? This is one of the exciting possibilities being explored. Connecting stream events such as follows, subs, donations, and raids, to Razer Chroma RGB lighting effects is a natural integration to give creators more exciting on-screen content.
